Caroline worked for Benetton in knitwear design for 20 years, in 2003 she gave up her job taught English in Sri Lanka and India. On returning to the UK she reconnected with her passion for design and started designing cakes. This led her to an interest in plates and curiosity then led her to produce her own range.
